Amendment to TCA 55-10-403 - Concentration in blood or breath
Amendment to TCA 55-10-403 - DUI Offender to Attend a Victims' impact panel program. All individuals convicted of drunken driving will have to serve at least 48 hours in jail. Effective July, 1 2008.
Amendment to TCA 55-10-403 - Child Endangerment- Bodily Injury - Class D Felony.
Effective January 1, 2009.
TCA 55-10-406- Tests for alcoholic or drug content of blood - Implied consent - Refusal to submit to test etc.   
 Amendment to TCA 55-10-406 (a) (1)- Deletes present 2 hour law requirement for blood alcohol testing efffective January 1, 2009.
