Margie Collins stated there is a need for volunteers to help TN Board of Probation and Parole distribute TBI card kits (children’s DNA swabs and fingerprinting) at the Apple Festival Friday and Saturday Oct. 3rd and 4th. Volunteers are also needed to help give out prevention bracelets. To volunteer, call Margie at 434-6800 ext. 121 or Tom Mays at ext. 128. There will be keynote speakers and breakout sessions facilitating discussion on five focus areas including “livable communities” and “education and workforce development”.
