Jennifer has been with us since October of 2007 and is the Director The duties of that position include oversite of the Promise Center, managing the multiple funding sources that support coalition and recovery program activities, and provide oversite and guidance to the coalition director.  Duties also include making connections in the community with various sectors, individuals and organizations who share a common mission with the Coalition and to facilitate partnerships to maximize the resources in the community and avoid duplication of efforts. Additionally, as director of the Promise Center, she manages all the requirements for maintaining the organization's non-profit status.

Jeremiah joined us in July 2022.  He is the coordinator of the Lifeline Project.  Jeremiah speaks to groups about addiction and recovery, as well as individuals who are struggling with addiction, new to recovery, and/or their family members, about his experience in recovery, navigating recovery meetings, or what resources are available to support recovery. He is responsible for the implementation and reporting out for the Lifeline Grant.

Roger joined us in October 2020. He is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist working within the RESET program. He provides recovery and re-entry planning, one-on-one peer mentoring, access to treatment for addiction, as well as avenues to services in the community.

Cayce joined us in November 2022. She is the Care Coordinator for our First Responder - Recover FR-REST program

Shauna joined us in 2024. She is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and has a Bachelors in Accounting.  She provides support and leadership in our recovery work, directly supervising our REST program.  She also plays a vital role in our fiscal operations.

Regina joined us in August of 2023. She is the Programs Assistant for Insight Alliance. She assists all grants in the planning and implementation of their specified grants and is lead on the SOR 4 and BG state grants. She creates connections and partnerships in the community, supports our recovery and re-entry programs along with administrative support to the coalition as needed.

The coalition / prevention coordinator is primarily responsible for the implementation of the coalition's Block Grant which focuses on the following substances: alcohol, tobacco, and Rx drugs. They are also responsible for planning and ensuring implementation of the plans and strategies regarding all prevention grants for the coalition. Other duties also include making connections in the community with various sectors, facilitating partnerships to maximize resources in the community, as well as providing additional administrative support to the coalition.
