HIA (High Impact Area) Grant

The High Impact Area Grant focuses within the correctional setting focusing on navigation and naloxone access for Washington County funded by the Tennessee Department of Health. 

The grant is currently working with partners to develop and implement the program including the development of policies and procedures and training for jail staff and stakeholders. 

When launched the program will work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders to offer naloxone access, overdose response training/education, as well as education and navigation to various forms of treatment and recovery supports.
